Our mission is to deliver an excellent learning experience for students, within their own homes; to engage our students in a rigorous and intentional curriculum that encourages students to discover and apply new learning in a safe, nurturing, and technology immersive environment. In doing so, we ensure student growth while helping to shape young individuals into confident, capable, and contributing members of society.

As Principal of Jefferson Virtual High School, I am honored to lead a dynamic team of educators dedicated to nurturing student curiosity and success. With over 20 years of experience as a teacher and educational leader, I understand the transformative power of strategic planning, effective communication, and meaningful collaboration. These are the foundations upon which we support not only academic achievement but also personal growth.

Technology is at the heart of our school—not just as a tool, but as a bridge to opportunity. At Jefferson Virtual, we are building a learning environment where students will lead Socratic seminars, present their research in virtual science fairs, and collaborate in breakout rooms with confidence and creativity. This vision guides our work as we empower students to thrive in a dynamic, digital world.
